What is Mountain Shark?
Mountain Shark helps children in Nigeria learn the lessons for their class. We open classes one at a time.
Who can use it?
Learners from primary school to SS 3. A child under 18 needs a parent or guardian to say yes before lessons open.
Does it cost anything?
It is free for now.
How do I add my child?
Log in, then press Add a child on your home page. You choose their class, username and password.
How do I change my child's class?
On your home page, press Change class on your child's card.
My child forgot their password. They log in with a username.
On your home page, press Reset password on your child's card. Choose a new password. Then tell your child what it is.
My child forgot their password. They log in with an email address.
You will not see Reset password on their card. Your child presses Forgot your password? on the log-in page. We send a link to their email address. A child who is 18 or over does the same.
I am a learner and I forgot my password.
If you log in with a username, ask your parent to press Reset password on your card. If you log in with an email address, press Forgot your password? on the log-in page.
How do I log out of every device?
Open Settings and press Log out of all devices.
My child's class has no lessons yet.
We open classes one at a time. Your child's home page shows the lessons once their class opens.
Where can I read the privacy policy and the terms?
Under Our policies at the bottom of this page.
How to ask us to delete your or your child's data
Send a message to our support contact. In your message:
- Say the name on the account, and the username or email address it uses.
- Say whether the account is your own or your child's. If it is your child's, say that you are their parent or guardian.
- Do not send a password. We never need it.
